General Terms and Conditions for Interstitial AI

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern all contracts between Interstitial AI, an AI-powered platform, and its customers. Any deviations from these terms require explicit written agreement from Interstitial AI.

2. Service Overview

Interstitial AI provides AI-driven services through a subscription-based model. The services are delivered based on the selected subscription plan.

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Fixed Monthly Fee

7. Default and Late Payments

In case of late payment, Interstitial AI reserves the right to charge interest at a rate of 8% above the base interest rate, along with applicable reminder and collection fees. Customers are responsible for legal costs incurred in recovering unpaid fees.

8. Refund Policy

• Non-Refundable Subscription: Once billed, subscriptions are non-refundable.

• Plan Upgrades: Customers can upgrade to a higher-tier plan at any time. Additional costs will be billed on a pro-rated basis.

• Plan Downgrades: Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle, with no refund for the difference.

• Annual Plan Discount: The annual subscription is offered at a discounted rate, reflecting a full-year commitment. By subscribing, customers agree to the full payment for the period.

9. Copyright

Interstitial AI retains all copyrights and associated rights to works produced in accordance with applicable copyright laws.

10. Rights of Use

Upon full payment, customers receive usage rights to delivered content for agreed purposes. Transferring rights to third parties requires written approval from Interstitial AI.

11. Publication and Credits

If content generated by Interstitial AI is published in print or digital formats (e.g., websites, magazines, social media), Interstitial AI must be credited as the creator. The company reserves the right to use generated work for promotional purposes.

12. Data Protection

13. Amendments to Terms

17. Compliance with Open-Source Licensing

• Use of Licensed Technology: Interstitial AI integrates Stable Diffusion XL (SDXL) under the CreativeML Open RAIL++-M License, ensuring compliance with responsible AI use guidelines.

• Open-Source Software: The platform incorporates ControlNet and Clarity.AI, licensed under GNU Affero General Public License (AGPL) v3.
